We will replace any GENERICO-manufactured plastic part broken in the ordinary course of practice, carry, or competition for as long as the original purchaser owns it, where ‘broken’ means cracked, split, separated, or otherwise catastrophically failed.
We will replace any GENERICO-manufactured ball joint that no longer holds adjustment for up to two years from the original purchase date.
To submit a warranty claim, contact us with your original order number and a photo of the broken part. GENERICO reserves the right to provide equivalent alternative parts if original parts are no longer in production.
GENERICO-manufactured plastic parts do not include belt loops, hardware, and magnets.
