Shipping Terms
Title of ownership transfers to the buyer upon shipment. All shipping methods carry insurance for the replacement cost of the order. GENERICO will provide replacements for lost or damaged shipments. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, you agree to provide GENERICO with such documentation as is reasonably necessary to support an insurance claim.
GENERICO reserves the right to substitute comparable shipping services based on availability.
Many items are manufactured on demand and will not ship from stock. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be produced and passed on to the shipper.
Orders using the Next-Day Air shipping method will be expedited.
